- understands the philosophy, DMAIC logic and language of Six Sigma,
- accepts the Six Sigma methodology as an effective approach to process improvement,
- knows and understands all the key metrics of the Six Sigma methodology,
- supports Green Belts and Black Belts in the implementation of Six Sigma tools within Six Sigma projects or in the application of individual tools in day-to-day business.
