# Six Sigma Black Belt Training

## Duration 12 days (three training blocks with 4 + 4 + 4 days) based on our Green Belt Training

As a Black Belt, you are the Six Sigma professional in your company. You are not only responsible for the successful implementation of challenging Six Sigma projects, but also a contact person and coach for existing or prospective Green Belts. Furthermore, thanks to your Six Sigma Black Belt competence in methodology, statistics and project management, you are a valuable contact person for the operational management.

Analogous to the Green Belt training, you will also work on a concrete Black Belt project for process improvement in your company parallel to the Black Belt training. During your Six Sigma Black Belt training, you have the opportunity to discuss project-specific topics with your trainer at any time and to exchange valuable know-how with the other participants in a review during the training blocks. Through this Black Belt project, which accompanies the training, you will work on statistically verifiable improvements and thus ensure the success of your company. In addition to the Six Sigma Black Belt training, the Six Sigma Black Belt project is a prerequisite for **certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt**.

The Black Belt certification gives you the opportunity to further train as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
