Green Belt Refreshing
Duration 2 days
The Six Sigma Green Belt Refreshing Training is aimed at trained or certified Green Belts who have not worked with the relevant tools for a long time and now want to use this potential again. In this way, existing resources are activated and used efficiently and effectively again!
In 2 days we work with the participants on the process of a Six Sigma project in a practical way and revive the DMAIC system. Through the practical application of the corresponding tools, you will regain confidence in the implementation and refresh your theoretical know-how. After the training, you will be able to carry out Six Sigma projects independently.
For all those who have enjoyed a Green Belt training in the past but have not yet been able to complete a project for certification, the Green Belt Refreshing Training offers the opportunity to tackle and realise the project completion.
Training contents Green Belt Refreshing
The training content is based on the content of the Green Belt training. The individual methods are deepened again using a practical project example. Depending on the needs of the participants, individual focal points are set.
The choice is yours:

The responsibility of the Green Belt
- Receive projects and quantify goals
- Manage project teams and live Six Sigma
- Achieve goals and celebrate successes :-)
