Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training
Training for project members - duration: 2 days
Participants will receive a detailed introduction about Six Sigma and therefore the competence to perform supporting activities within a DMAIC project.
The Six Sigma Yellow Belt
- is a member of the team in the application of the Six Sigma method for problem solving,
- understands the philosophy, DMAIC logic and language of Six Sigma,
- accepts the Six Sigma methodology as an effective method,
- has no information deficits and therefore no start-up difficulties with Six Sigma,
- gets to know the most important Six Sigma tools through practical exercises.
For national and international comparability, the training content is aligned with ISO 13053. The training participant receives a basic knowledge of Six Sigma and a fundamental methodological knowledge in the application of tools for process improvement.
